‘INTRODUCTION TO TANTRIC SEXUALITY’ WORKSHOP March 2010

When?
The “Introduction to Tantric Sexuality” workshop will be held on the 5, 6 and 7th of March 2010, arrival on the evening of the 4th is encouraged.

Where?
In ‘Tierra Verde’ Ashram, Mazunte, Oaxaca State, Mexico. The details of how to get to beautiful and sunny Mazunte can be found on: Location.
If arriving by plane to Huatulco or Puerto Escondido we could send a reliable and safe taxi to pick you up.
From Mazunte, take the road to the Natural Reserve of Punta Cometa. ‘Tierra Verde’ Ashram is the last property at the end of the road (right side), where cars cannot continue any more.

How much?
Prices include: workshop, 4 nights lodging (4th-8th), tasty vegetarian food, water and one day of yoga in our other centre ‘El Neem’ on the 8th March.

- $MEX 4,000 in dormitory style room (from 4 to 8 people/room)
- $MEX 5,000 in private cabaña (minimum two people)
- 10% discount if booking before 20th February
- 20% discount if you have participated in other Agama Yoga courses or workshops

What are we teaching?
The workshop provides the tools needed to begin the transformation of sex as a method for physical and emotional healing, reconnecting with the body, deepening intimate relationships and spiritual evolution.
These three balance theoretical understanding of: sexual energy, Tantric philosophy and practical exercises; Hatha Yoga, energy meditations and partner activities.

Workshop program:
Lodging the evening of the 4th is included in the workshop price, and arrival on the 4th is encouraged. The workshop begins Friday morning with breakfast and registration at 7 am. 

The daily program is as follows:
7:00 Breakfast
8:30 –12:30 Teachings and practice
12:30 Lunch
2:30 – 7:00  Teachings and practice
7:00 Dinner
8:30 –9:30 Meditations
 
Workshop policy:
- No nudity or explicit sexual practice.
- Minimum age 18 years old.
- Teachings are offered in English only.
- You are welcome to come alone or with a partner

What to bring?
- Swimming costume
- Towel and personal toiletries
- Flashlight
- Loose, comfortable clothing; natural materials preferably. Mazunte has a nice warm climate, only a light jumper needed.
- Yoga Mat
- Note book and pen
- Mosquito repellent
- Sun block cream
- Closed footwear and sandals
- An open mind!
